Where the name began
The name Reality Group began with a disagreement about the ethics and direction of a company. When a business owner replied, “That’s your version of reality,” the phrase stayed.
After leaving that position, the founder created a consulting business around a simple conviction: perspectives differ, but awareness gives us the chance to reflect critically and act in alignment with our values.
That idea became Reality Group—and the enduring tagline, Delivering Your Version of Reality.

An experienced yoga instructor and teacher educator with mindfulness coaching training. Exact Yoga Alliance designations, school authorization, and certification providers are being verified before publication.
Co-founder · Leadership & performance
A yoga teacher and mindfulness coach with meditation training, mental performance experience, and approximately 43 years in technology—including engineering, executive leadership, and AI-team management.
A meaningful chapter
Before relocating to North Carolina, the founders established and operated Brooksville Yoga Company in Florida.
They later transitioned the company to one of their teachers. Reality Group honors that experience without implying current ownership or operation. Historical images and testimonials will appear only with appropriate permission.
